Online Return Policy

Purchases made online through LilyBleu.com, may qualify for a full refund within 30 days of delivered date.

For Returns

• Email us at: customerservice@lilybleu.com within 30 days of delivery date. Anything returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
• All items returned must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and free of any stains, with the original tags attached. 
• Once all the information is provided we will email you back with a prepaid shipping label. 
• The item(s) being returned must be shipped within 3 days from receiving our email with the prepaid shipping label. 
• Please include a copy of the invoice with your returned item(s).
• Upon receiving your returned item(s) we will inspect and email you a confirmation of receipt.
• Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your transaction to process from the date we received the return.
